Tap on the rubber loop! Hook all you can before the string snaps. Your hook swings to the beat — tap on the beat when it's right over a yo-yo's rubber loop to reel it in. It's a festival rhythm game! Big yo-yos take two taps in eighth notes, and gold ones set off fireworks. Every slip gets your paper string wetter, and once it snaps, it's over. Catch 5 and the stall keeper hands you a fresh string.
How to play
Controls: Tap anywhere. On PC, you can also click or press Space or Enter to fish. The hook swings from the right edge to the left edge once per beat, passing the center on the off-beat. Yo-yos float in on three lanes: left, center and right. You'll hear a "ding" one beat before the beat to aim for. Tap the moment the glowing ring closes — one beat after the "ding." Points: Small 100, Medium 200, Big 400, Gold 1000. Small ones are light and float by fast. A PERFECT is worth ×1.5, and every 10 PERFECTs in a row raises the multiplier by 0.2 (up to ×3). Your string snaps after getting wet 4 times. It gets wet on a GOOD, when you tap with no loop under the hook, and when you miss the second tap on a Big yo-yo. PERFECTs keep it dry, and letting a yo-yo pass doesn't wet it either. The rare legendary rainbow yo-yo is worth 3000. Catch it to trigger FEVER: points are doubled for 4 bars and you get a brand-new string. The tempo goes up every 8 bars: 95, 110, 125, then 145 BPM. Tips: Instead of tapping in a panic, let the yo-yos you're unsure about go by. Your string will last longer.
